Dr. Pallavi Patel College of Health Care Sciences Scholarship Application

The Dr. Pallavi Patel College of Health Care Sciences seeks to support students in achieving their dream to become an excellent health care provider. This scholarship is awarded one-time and is designed to recognize outstanding achievements and contributions in health care to our college and community.

In order to be eligible to receive a scholarship, requirements are:

Good standing at NSU
Be a student in the Dr. Pallavi Patel College of Health Care Sciences
Have completed at least two (2) semesters in your program
Demonstrated commitment to serving your program, community, and / or profession

Essay should address ways in which the student qualifies for the scholarship, highlighting leadership roles, or community service experiences you've had.
