Supporting Our Medical Students
NSU MD is excited to announce the creation of the NSU MD imPACT Society. This initiative is designed to engage parents, family members, and spouses of the incoming 2028 MD class, and the classes that follow, as well as members of the local community, to support NSU MD students through volunteerism. This working group is led by community volunteer Sally Beach and LaDonna Vieweg, NSU MD departmental chairs, and members of the NSU MD Executive Leadership Council.
NSU MD imPACT Volunteer Alliance
The NSU MD imPACT Volunteer Alliance will undertake activities including:
- Hosting students during the holidays
- Providing support for students during exam weeks
- Connections to physician mentors
- On-site volunteer support for student events
- Event sponsorships, and more
NSU MD imPACT Giving Society
If you are unable to volunteer your time but wish to support our students through philanthropy, please consider becoming a member of the NSU MD imPACT Giving Society. Your annual gifts will be pooled and used solely to support our students’ needs and activities.
