Stacy is a thoughtful Human Resources Professional with extensive experience in several industries including manufacturing, non-profit, and higher education. She recently moved to the South Florida area from Central California where she held the position of Director of Human Resources for State Center Community College District (SCCCD) in Fresno, CA. Prior roles include Director of EEO/Diversity and Professional Development also at SCCCD, Human Resources Director at KYJO Enterprises, Inc., and Human Resources Manager at Guardian Industries, Corp.
Stacy’s enthusiasm for organizational excellence and team collaboration has led to expertise in Human Resources generalist work, policy/procedure writing and implementation, professional development, and employee relations.
Stacy holds a Bachelor of Science degree (Microbiology) and a Master in Business Administration (MBA). She is also a member of the National Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), member of the Association of Workplace Investigators, and is certified as a Civil Rights Investigator, Title IX Coordinator, and Title IX Hearing Officer through ATIXA (Association of Title IX Administrators).
