Dr. Kiran C. Patel College of Allopathic Medicine
Dr. Chevalier is an Assistant Professor at the Dr. Kiran C. Patel College of Allopathic Medicine. Her academic preparation includes a Doctor of Health Science degree from Nova Southeastern University; an MPH in Public Health Practice from UMASS Amherst; an MS degree in Educational Psychology and Statistics/Special Education from the State University of New York at Albany; and a BS degree in Special Education from the College of St. Rose in Albany, New York.
She holds a Certification in Public Health (CPH), is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt, and a certified professional coder (CPC). Dr. Chevalier is very active with many professional organizations (ASQ, NAHQ, APHA, NYSPHA, AAPC, Academy Health, ACHE) and is a member of Summit County Medical Reserve Corp. Dr. Chevalier is on the Board of Directors of PULSE Center for Patient Safety and Advocacy, on the editorial board for several journals, and is a Captain in the Civil Air Patrol.
Dr. Chevalier lives in Twinsburg, Ohio. She has two adult children. Her interests include going to Disneyworld, amateur astronomy, singing, photography, and listening to music. She is an aviation enthusiast, NASA Geek, amateur astronomer, and an audiophile.
