Our Faculty and Staff

Dr. Debra Dixon is the Director of the Master of Health Science Program and Associate Professor within the Pallavi Patel College of Health Care Sciences.  She holds a Doctor of Health Science degree from Nova Southeastern University, a Master of Science degree and Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland, School of Dentistry. Dr. Dixon has been a registered dental hygienist for 18 years.  She has worked in academia since 2002.
 
Dr. Dixon lives in North East, Maryland with her family.  She is very active in her local professional organization and currently serves as the President of the Harford/Cecil County Dental Hygienists’ Association.
