
Chenelle Wilson, M.S., is a South Florida native of Jamaican heritage. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Florida Atlantic University, followed by a Master of Medical Science from the Physician Assistant Program at Nova Southeastern University (NSU) in Fort Lauderdale.
Since 2016, she has served her community as a physician assistant (PA), building a diverse clinical background in internal medicine, and currently practicing interventional pain management. In addition to her clinical work, she serves as an adjunct faculty member at NSU, where she is passionate about educating and mentoring the next generation of PAs.
Committed to lifelong learning and academic excellence, Wilson is currently pursuing a Doctor of Medical Science (D.M.Sc.) degree at A.T. Still University. Her doctoral research focuses on strengthening nutrition education within PA curricula and developing practical nutrition counseling frameworks to better prepare students for clinical practice. Her scholarly interests include preventive care, lifestyle medicine, medical education, and evidence-based strategies that empower patients through education.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Wilson enjoys strength training, traveling, and spending quality time with her husband and two sons. She values curiosity, collaboration, and lifelong learning, principles that continue to guide her clinical practice, teaching, and scholarly pursuits.
