Five Step Application Process
Information Sessions
Although not a requirement, we hope that you’ve taken part in one of our information sessions so that you know that this is the place for you.
Step 1
Complete your Primary Application by visiting American Medical College Application Service (AMCAS).
Step 2
AMCAS sends us verification once your Primary Application is completed.
Step 3
Once AMCAS sends us verification of your completed Primary Application, you will be sent an email invitation that allows you to access and complete the Secondary Application.
Step 4
You submit the completed Secondary Application. See timeline.
Step 5
If you haven't already done so as part of your Primary AMCAS application, submit your letters of recommendation via the AMCAS Letters Service.
Important Tips
There is a non-refundable $50 Secondary Application fee. No extensions can be granted if you miss your Secondary Application deadline. Add “nova.edu” extension to your email inbox safe list to make sure you don’t miss any important updates or communications.
Visiting or International Students
We do not currently accept visiting or international students. We look forward to welcoming you in the future.
