Ricardo Rodriguez-Millan, M.D.

Dr. Ricardo Rodriguez-Millan joined the Dr. Kiran C. Patel College of Allopathic Medicine in 2022 as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Medical Education. Prior to joining NSU MD, Dr. Rodriguez-Millan served as an Instructor/Academic Facilitator at the NSU College of Pharmacy for ten years. Before joining Nova
Southeastern University, Dr. Rodriguez-Millan served as Adjunct Professor at the Ana G. Mendez University Nursing Program in Puerto Rico.

Dr. Rodriguez-Millan obtained his B.S. in Biology from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez Campus and his M.D. from Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara.

Dr. Rodriguez-Millan coordinated and delivered the Physical Assessment Lab for the San Juan campus. He was one of the APhA Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery Training Program trainers for several years, training pharmacy students as well as licensed pharmacists in Puerto Rico. He has offered continuing education
credit/courses on the pharmacist’s role improving outcomes in multiple sclerosis at the Puerto Rico Annual Pharmacist Convention. Dr. Rodriguez-Millan has taught in the Integrated Disease Management and Pharmacotherapy course series focusing in the Physiology/Pathophysiology of several disease states.
